Watch master ice carver Richard Bubin, owner of IceCreations.com for 43 years, sculpt an incredible creation! The 2400 lb ice creation will be sculpted 8pm to 11 pm New Year's Eve outside of the O'Reilly Theater at Barker’s Place and Penn Ave. Bubin will be sculpting the Pittsburgh skyline, perfect for an icy photo opp!
