Clarence attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he was instructed in the art of caricature by renowned caricaturist John Johns. In 1982, Clarence set up for his first caricaturing experience at Pittsburgh's Three Rivers Arts Festival, which he worked annually for 30 years. Clarence has performed his craft at every type of event from first year to 100 year birthday parties, proms to 50 year reunions, and from family picnics to corporate affairs. In addition to caricaturing, Clarence is pursuing a career as a children’s book author and illustrator.
Jordan Callahan is a caricature artist from Pittsburgh, PA. He has been drawing since 2005, when he was a second grader sketching pictures from comic books. He was always interested in art, and went through many pencils, erasers and sketchpads as a kid.
The thought of drawing caricatures hadn't occurred to him until the summer of 2012, but he was always intrigued by caricaturists he would see at parks, malls, and other places. In the months leading up to high school, he took a couple classes for caricaturing with an artist he had learned from previously. After that, he started experimenting until he found a style that he liked.
Today, Jordan is a college student in Pittsburgh. When not running late for classes or doodling in his notes, he is drawing caricatures for weddings, fundraisers, birthday parties, festivals, libraries, theaters, and high school proms.
